Account Lead – Entertainment & OTT Platforms
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

About the Role
We are looking for an Account Lead to manage a high-impact OTT / entertainment platform account . This is a pure client-servicing–led role , requiring strong stakeholder management, structured thinking, and the ability to deliver large volumes of digital work seamlessly.
You will be the key bridge between the client and internal teams—owning communication, timelines, quality of output, and long-term relationship building. The ideal candidate comes from an entertainment, OTT, apps, gaming, or digital-first platform background , and understands fast-paced content cycles, launches, and performance-driven ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all day-to-day and strategic matters
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, content, and digital teams
- Lead client calls, presentations, reviews, and alignment meetings
- Manage expectations while ensuring smooth and timely delivery
Account Ownership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end account management across content, campaigns, and always-on digital requirements
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative, social, media, and production teams
- Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and aligned to platform objectives
- Handle multiple workstreams simultaneously in a high-volume, high-velocity environment
Entertainment & Platform-Focused Execution
- Manage digital communication for entertainment-led content such as:
- Show and movie launches
- Trailers, teasers, promos, and platform announcements
- Always-on social content and IP-led campaigns
- Understand platform behavior, audience consumption patterns, and content lifecycles
- Coordinate closely on time-sensitive releases and campaign rollouts
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with creative, social, media, influencer, production, and strategy teams
- Ensure clarity across scopes, timelines, approvals, and revisions
- Maintain internal trackers, documentation, and status reports
Quality Control & Process
- Review content and communication before client submission
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform norms, and legal/process checks
- Maintain structured workflows and reporting systems
Team Support & Mentorship
- Guide and manage Account Executives / Senior Account Executives
- Support team development through feedback, process guidance, and problem-solving
- Ensure the team operates with accountability and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 4–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management at a digital or creative agency
- Strong experience working with OTT platforms, entertainment brands, apps, gaming, or internet-first businesses
- Proven ability to manage large, fast-paced accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
Skill Set
- Deep understanding of digital content ecosystems
- Comfort working with launch calendars, content pipelines, and high-frequency delivery
- Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Strong eye for detail and quality control
Nice to Have
- Experience working on subscription-based platforms or digital products
- Exposure to performance metrics, content reporting, and platform analytics
- Experience managing junior team members
