Job Purpose and Impact

The Account Lead will participate in face to face meetings with existing and prospective clients to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions nearly every day. In this role, you will provide effective communication and customer presentations to demonstrate how the company's product can provide solutions to increase overall performance and value for the customer.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop strong relationships with Strategic Key customers and distributors in Confectionary and Bakery and other categories and build out the customer portfolio to increase the company sales and gross margin.
  • In alignment with the company strategy, expand the customer base in the Korean market.
  • Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams (Japan, China, SEA), facilitating relationship building and collaborating with the team to support value creation for the customer.<...
