Scope

Account Manager - Accommodation Services and Projects is responsible for safe, efficient, and financially effective accommodation support services within budgetary guidelines. This role involves managing administrative staff, developing policies and procedures, and coordinating with other departments and suppliers to support organizational goals. Responsible for the entire operations of all T-Mart branches, supporting their expansion and ensuring that they remain profitable, safe, and always run smoothly.

Responsibilities

T-Mart & Laundry Operations

• Oversee laundry operations with 41 staff, managing over 400,000; per month uniform washes across 18 locations contract invoicing.
• Oversee 6 T-Mart (minimart) operations with 19 staff, generating annual profit.
• Manage 14 suppliers related to T-Mart
• Responsible for preparing business cases for T-Marts/Kiosks for review and approvals.
