Role Description

• The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and scaling assigned Amazon client accounts with a strong focus on advertising performance and client communication.
• The role involves owning account outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimising Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive growth and efficiency.
• The role requires monitoring key performance metrics, analysing campaign performance, and making data-driven optimisations aligned with client goals.
• The position also involves regular client interactions, including performance reviews, strategy discussions, and action planning.
• Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on listings, creatives, and inventory readiness, conducting competitor and keyword research, and maintaining clear performance reports covering sales, ads performance, and overall account health.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
• 1 to 3 years of work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships
• Analytical Skills to evaluate data, generate insights, and make informed decisions
• Previous experience in a Key Account Manager or similar client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in Amazon E-Commerce, D2C Brands or online Marketplaces is an advantage
• Prior work in an eCommerce agency or multi-brand environment is a plus
