Job Description

The Account Manager (WA Based) is responsible for owning, managing and growing existing enterprise system client relationships across Western Australia.

This role is focused on account stewardship, revenue retention, expansion and customer satisfaction, ensuring COSOL’s enterprise system solutions continue to deliver measurable value throughout the client lifecycle.

This role owns the commercial relationship for assigned enterprise accounts and is accountable for:

  • Revenue performance aligned to COSOL’s organic growth objectives
  • Clear ownership of enterprise systems-related revenue streams (excluding people-only revenue)
  • Strengthening COSOL’s presales and solutioning capability through credible enterprise systems expertise

The role blends long-term account stewardship with pursuit leadership, ensuring COSOL’s enterprise solutions deliver measurable, commercially sound outcomes for clients.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and be accountable for enterprise systems revenue targets across the WA portfolio
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure revenue targets are achievable, forecastable and margin-aligned, and supported by disciplined pipeline management
  • Ensure all non-people enterprise systems revenue streams have a clearly defined accountable owner
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, account plans and opportunity roadmaps

Strategic Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts across WA
  • Build trusted relationships with Executive, operational and technical stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of client enterprise environments, systems landscapes and business drivers
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-COSOL offerings and long-term partnerships

Presales, Solutioning & Pursuit Leadership

  • Lead and contribute to enterprise systems pursuits and strategic opportunities
  • Bring strong enterprise systems credibility to presales conversations
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Practice Leaders, and Delivery and Capability teams
  • Develop pursuit strategies, win themes and value propositions
  • Translate complex enterprise system solutions into clear business outcomes for clients
  • Understand client enterprise environments, including ERP and EAM platforms, asset and operational data ecosystems, and integration, data quality and governance challenges
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing models and contract structures, value articulation and ROI justification, and negotiation of complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Ensure opportunities are commercially viable and aligned to COSOL's delivery capability

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Delivery, Capability & People, Marketing, and Executive Leadership
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring client insights inform solution design and continuous improvement
  • Represent COSOL in client governance forums, quarterly business reviews and industry engagements

Governance, Reporting & Performance

  • Drive preparation of proposals, presentations and commercial offers that demonstrate measurable value
  • Maintain transparent reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, and account risks and opportunities
  • Uphold COSOL's governance frameworks, ethical standards and commercial discipline

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Essential Experience & Capability:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development or pursuit leadership within enterprise systems, digital or technology-enabled services
  • Strong background in consulting, advisory or enterprise solution sales
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, outcomes-focused approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience working in asset-intensive or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, EAM or asset information systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Degree-qualified in business, technology or a related discipline
