About The Role Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team based at Karawatha QLD, on a full time, permanent basis. The role is suited to someone who can build strong relationships, manage a portfolio of accounts, and drive growth through both retention and new opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a set of existing accounts across Queensland, acting as the primary point of contact for your customers. You will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating across the business to support operational and commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will ideally commence mid-February.
