We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a deep understanding of the Higher Education space. In this role you will work closely with our higher education customers & be responsible for the growth and retention of these customers. This role is based in Perth with a remit over Western Australia and South Australia.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and continuously enhance a portfolio of existing customers accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention & growth
- Partner & collaborate with the TechOne Direct & sales leadership team to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute against sales plans to achieve sales targets from new & existing clients
- Identify and analyze market potential for TechOne solutions within existing customer base, leveraging customer relationships to upsell & cross sell
