Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with NBFCs and Fintech partners. The role involves client relationship management, revenue ownership, coordination with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NBFC and Fintech clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Business Growth & Expansion

  • Analyze partner data to identify growth opportunities and gaps
  • Proactively pitch new products, features, or solutions aligned with client needs in lending, payments, or compliance
