About the Role
Minimum 4 years of recruitment industry with strong working experience in handling team, delivery, client interactions and client relationship management.
Build relationship with key decision-makers within customer's organization. Identifying and researching potential leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously mapping their needs.
- Undertake client visits to build and develop client relationships and engagement with the organization.
- Constantly developing existing sales processes which will generate sustainable growth.
- Do research in job portals and LinkedIn, to check the types of positions and CTC offered by companies.
- Maintain the client relationship and follow up on positions, service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the link of communication between Key customers and internal teams.
- Update the client and position details in HRIS.
- Handling invoices and payments.
