Job SummaryThe Account Manager – Bench Sales will be responsible for managing the full bench sales cycle, promoting hot-list/bench candidates, and driving successful placements across various IT domains. This role involves collaborating with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners, developing strong client relationships, and consistently achieving high conversion ratios. The ideal candidate has strong experience with US staffing processes, bench sales operations, and working across multiple hiring models.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners in the US.Handle diverse IT requirements including Big Data, Salesforce, Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, and other technology domains.Achieve strong submittal-to-interview-to-placement conversion ratios.Conduct daily interactions with team members and business unit leaders to review requirements, sourcing strategies, evaluations, offers, and upcoming needs.Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.Actively market and promote hot-list/bench candidates to clients and vendors.Work with major staffing partners such as TEKsystems, Apex Systems, The Judge Group, Modis, Experis, Insight Global, and others.Source and identify new clients and candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job boards.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience working with Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions, along with 1099, C2C, and W2 employment models.Proven experience in Bench Sales or Hot-List Sales, particularly in placing H1B Transfer consultants.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Strong understanding of US visa categories and employment types including W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT.Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits, and US staffing practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience coordinating with leading prime vendors and Tier 1 staffing partners.Familiarity with creating structured candidate funnels and recruitment pipelines.Why Join UsDynamic Environment: Work in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.Career Growth: Access opportunities for ongoing professional development.Supportive Team: Collaborate with a team-focused, growth-oriented organization.
