Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor project budgets; analyze variances and address cost overruns.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS, and project-specific reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies; support audits.
Manage cash flow, payments, and liquidity for ongoing projects.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee corporate tax planning, filing, and vendor/subcontractor contract finances.
Recommend process improvements in accounting systems and internal controls.
Mentor and guide junior finance staff.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries.
Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
