Job Description
The Account Manager at LaborMax Staffing is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with client companies while ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and accurately. This role serves as the primary point of contact between LaborMax and its clients, coordinating workforce solutions, managing accounts, and supporting business growth through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing client accounts Serve as the main point of contact for client staffing needs, job orders, and service issues Coordinate with recruiters and branch staff to ensure timely placement of qualified workers Monitor account performance, employee attendance, and client satisfaction Conduct regular client check-ins, site visits, and workforce evaluations Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services or increased staffing levels Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations Assist with onboarding clients, contract management, and pricing discussions Maintain accurate records in the staffing and CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred - Previous experience in staffing, sales, account management, or customer service preferred - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
