You will be responsible for increasing the platform usage of a portfolio of customers by building relationships, learning their business model, and discovering their concerns or pain points.
Requirements
Proficiency in English
Being able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST)
Experience in B2 B account management and/or B2 B sales
Experience in logistics or courier operations is a plus but not required
