Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a driven and resourceful Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients. This role is pivotal in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and up‑selling opportunities. This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main contact and trusted advisor.
Account Growth: Identify new opportunities within client accounts and proactively introduce additional services or products to meet clients’ evolving needs.
