Account Manager - CEE & Italy Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. The Role Join our Account Management Growth Team to manage a portfolio of small to medium‑sized accounts in Central Eastern Europe & Italy. You will ensure customer satisfaction, drive growth and margin, and build lasting relationships in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment. What you will be doing Own a portfolio of SMB customers and maintain high engagement with key decision‑makers. Understand customers’ businesses and help them maximise Perk usage. Identify growth opportunities and expand your portfolio with new business. Use data analytics to provide regular business reviews, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders. Meet and exceed quarterly upselling and cross‑selling targets. Build strong relationships that shape clients’ business travel programmes. Resolve account problems swiftly and design long‑term solutions. Act as the key contact between internal teams and the Account Management Team for smooth product integrations. Prioritise tasks to maximise impact across key business areas. What you will need to succeed Native or near‑native level of English. Native level of Italian or Polish. Previous experience with Eastern European or Baltic markets. 1–2 years of account management or customer success experience. Background in SaaS or travel‑tech highly preferred. Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to build deep relationships. Excellent prioritisation and time‑management skills. Result‑oriented mindset with customer satisfaction as a priority. Strong analytical skills to translate data for customers. Attributes we love Empathetic and problem‑solving orientation.
