Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager & Account Executive to balance relationship management with new business acquisition. This role focuses on farming (nurturing and growing existing accounts) while also prospecting for and closing new business, converting prospects into new clients.
Account Management - Farming
Relationship Ownership: Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, becoming their trusted technology advisor
Account Growth: Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts (additional projects, new departments, enhanced services)
Client Success: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with current clients
Issue Resolution: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges
Collaboration: Partner with delivery teams to ensure project success and identify future technology needs
Contract Management: Manage renewals and negotiate expanded scopes of work
