What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams. You’ll manage key accounts, foster long-term relationships, and unlock growth opportunities. Your success is measured by client satisfaction, retention, and the value you help deliver.
**Your day-to-day includes**:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Understanding client goals and aligning them with our solutions
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports
- Managing contracts, renewals, and ongoing communication
- Proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer success
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in account management or client services
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems
- Bonus: Industry-specific knowledge or experience

Pay: $15,571.00 - $21,410.00 per month
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- 2 years: 1 year (preferred)
