Job Title: Account Manager/Client Partner (US IT Staffing)
Location: Coimbatore-Onsite
Shift Timings: Standard EST Timings (7:30 pm IST to 4: 30 am IST) Monday to Friday.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term partnerships with existing US clients, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and escalations.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements, hiring pipelines, and project needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Recruitment Coordination: Partner with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates, overseeing the process from job posting to placement.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and new business within existing accounts.
- Contract & Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and margins.
- Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs (fill rates, revenue), analyze data, and present performance reports to clients and leadership.
- Proven experience in staffing/recruitment sales or account management, ideally in the US market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and build relationships.
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software.
