Job Description
We are hiring a Deal Success Manager to work directly with clients inside an acquisition education program. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on one outcome: getting clients under contract on their first business acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of coaching, deal execution, and accountability. You will work closely with clients during their first 90 days in the program, helping them define acquisition criteria, source deals, navigate broker conversations, and submit strong Letters of Intent. This is not a passive support role as you are expected to push, guide, and move clients into action. The right person has real experience with deals, negotiations, or acquisitions and knows how to hold people accountable when momentum slows. You are comfortable giving direct feedback, troubleshooting roadblocks, and keeping clients focused on execution. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am to 5pm EST
