Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end contract staffing accounts

Own client relationships, SLAs, and account growth

Lead and manage a team of recruiters

Ensure timely closures, compliance, and smooth onboarding

Conduct frequent client meetings and provide proactive customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

✔ Experience in Domestic IT Contract Staffing / Contingent Workforce

✔ Strong client handling and team management skills
