About the Role:
Our corporate subscriptions team is seeking an Account Manager to grow an existing book of business, prospect for new customers, and drive customer retention and revenue expansion. This role requires a mix of relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic growth skills.
You Will:
Drive renewals, reduce churn and upsell where appropriate within assigned account base.Act as a trusted advisor, maintain regular communication with customers.Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold-calling, and inbound marketing effortsNegotiate and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients to establish relationships and drive new opportunities into pipelineManage pipeline via SalesforceProvide training, resources, and best practices to maximize adoptionAddress customer co...
