**About the Role:**
As an **Account Manager DACH** at **Tektronix** , you will identify new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and actively contribute to growth across the DACH region. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with a sales-driven mindset and collaborate closely with internal teams in engineering, marketing, and product management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and expand relationships with existing system integrators and acquire new partners across the DACH region
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the product segment
+ Work closely with technical specialists to create tailored customer solutions
+ Deliver on-site product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers
+ Monitor market and competitor activities to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
+ Utilize CRM systems for planning, tracking, and reporting of sales activities
+ Travel approximately 70% within the DACH region to maintain close customer relationships
**Requirements:**
+ Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering)
+ Several years of experience in technical direct sales, ideally in the field of test and measurement technology
+ Strong understanding of electronic measurement and testing solutions and their industrial applications
+ Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor at all levels
+ Customer-obsessed mindset, structured and results-oriented work style
+ Fluent in German and very good command of English
+ Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70%)
