About the job Account Manager - Danish Speaker (P)
Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? We´re is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow our existing client portfolio while delivering exceptional service.
What Youll Do- As an Account Manager, you will:
- Manage your book of business consisting of existing clients
- Consistently achieve revenue targets while ensuring outstanding customer experience
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email
- Prepare technically and commercially sound proposals
- Drive profitability through strategic account management
- Track, manage, and report on sales activity relative to your plan
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and additional services
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
- Are fluent in Danish and have advanced English skills
- Possess strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Are goal-oriented, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrate innovation, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Are eager to learn quickly and thrive in a team environment
- B2B sales and account management experience
- Full-time contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00)
- Competitive salary: 18000 -20000 gross/year + bonus
