About the job Account Manager - Danish Speaker (P)

Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? We´re is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow our existing client portfolio while delivering exceptional service.

What Youll Do
  • As an Account Manager, you will:
  • Manage your book of business consisting of existing clients
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets while ensuring outstanding customer experience
  • Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email
  • Prepare technically and commercially sound proposals
  • Drive profitability through strategic account management
  • Track, manage, and report on sales activity relative to your plan
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and additional services
  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
What We´re Looking For
  • Are fluent in Danish and have advanced English skills
  • Possess strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Are goal-oriented, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrate innovation, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Are eager to learn quickly and thrive in a team environment
Bonus Points If You Have
  • B2B sales and account management experience
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00)
