We’re a fast-growing U.S.based solar company on a mission to make clean energy accessible. Our operations team is expanding, and we’re looking for organized, reliable Account Managers based in Mexico to help guide our customers through the solar installation process.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sale has been completed
- Schedule and confirm site surveys, installation appointments, and any required service visits
- Communicate with roofing companies to obtain roofing codes and coordinate necessary services
- Keep customers informed with timely updates at each step of their solar installation process
- Assist with paperwork or documentation related to permitting, interconnection, or installation
- Monitor each account to ensure progress is on track and escalate issues if delays arise
- Proactively follow up with customers who express concerns or consider cancelling
