Job Description

We're currently seeking an Account Manager, an asset that plays a critical role in supporting customers, ensuring engineering efforts align with business requirements, and leveraging a deep understanding of the client's product offerings.
**Role & Responsibilities**:1. Validate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)**:
- Analyze and refine the current ICP based on market research, historical data, and stakeholder input.
- Create a segmented list of 100 Tier 1 and Tier 2 potential customers, prioritizing based on revenue potential, industry fit, and strategic alignment.
**2. Develop Value Proposition and Messaging**:
- Craft clear and compelling messaging tailored to the ICP. I can work with the person to refine the message
- Deliverables include:
- Unique Selling Proposition (USP) statements.
- Competitive advantage articulation.
- Objection-handling scripts.
