Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned oil & gas customers Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Support job planning, execution, and post-job reviews Manage rental tools from mobilization through demobilization Ensure correct application of rental start/stop dates, transit days, and free-rental periods Monitor tools in the field to prevent unbilled or under-billed rental time Coordinate off-rent notifications and tool returns Review and manage POs, pricing, and contract terms Liaise with operations, logistics, and field service teams Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolve billing disputes Manage customer escalations and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
