Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned oil & gas customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Support job planning, execution, and post-job reviews
  • Manage rental tools from mobilization through demobilization
  • Ensure correct application of rental start/stop dates, transit days, and free-rental periods
  • Monitor tools in the field to prevent unbilled or under-billed rental time
  • Coordinate off-rent notifications and tool returns
  • Review and manage POs, pricing, and contract terms
  • Liaise with operations, logistics, and field service teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolve billing disputes
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
