Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients within a staffing and HR outsourcing business. The role involves ensuring smooth service delivery, supporting client needs, and identifying growth opportunities, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their staffing, recruitment, and HR outsourcing needs.
Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of workforce solutions (contract staffing, permanent recruitment, payroll, PEO/EOR).
Support contract renewals, service-level agreements (SLAs), and client communications under guidance from senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
