Account Manager – Employee Benefits

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager – Employee Benefits with broker-side experience who thrives in a client-facing, virtual environment . This role is ideal for someone confident in explaining employee benefits to HR leaders, executives, and employees , while delivering a high-touch, consultative experience.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to employer groups, managing renewals, compliance, and employee education—all while working fully remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for assigned employer groups, delivering white-glove service
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR leaders, executives, and employees via video calls, phone, and email
