We're looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding sales team here in London. There are a few things we take really seriously here at building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to our customers. Our clients love our product, and it's incredibly unique (and fun) to walk our clients to success using our platform.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office, at 1 Rathbone Square.
About The Role
- The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of accounts, becoming their trusted advisor and influencer.
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
