Job Description
As a face of XCEED for our clients, you’ll be responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships across a portfolio of clubs, festivals, and organizers. Your mission is to ensure every client gets maximum value from XCEED through smooth operations, helping them strongly adopt XCEED PRO and deliver a high-quality client experience, especially during critical event moments.
This is a hands-on Account Manager role at the intersection of music, events, and technology. You will balance structured execution with client communication, using data and clear processes to solve problems, manage renewals, and protect internal bandwidth.
What You Will Do- Own client relationships: act as the trusted partner for our high-value clubs, festivals, and organizers, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
