🚀 Join NUNAMI as an Account Manager


At NUNAMI, we’re reshaping the future of e-commerce. Based in Hamburg and growing fast, we’re a B2B SaaS startup helping online businesses convert more visitors into enthusiastic buyers. Our AI-powered solution delivers personalized product recommendations and smart engagement tools that win back abandoning shoppers- boosting revenue for top brands and stores.We’re now looking for a proactive, growth-oriented Account Manager with strong ownership and accountability to help us build the next generation of our product.


Aufgaben


🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing


You’ll work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and play a key role in growing NUNAMI. This role focuses almost entirely on account management – not cold outreach. You’ll identify and convert qualified shops through our partner network, with most conversions happening via demo calls or email. Clear expectations, no bureaucracy – just space to own your work and grow quickly.


Your key responsibilities


Acquisition: You’ll proactively identify and acquire new e-commerce clients through:



  • 10% Direct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn DMs

  • 60% Targeted campaigns on affiliate platforms

  • 30% Qualifying leads and converting interest into active partnerships


Client Enablement: You will take full ownership of guiding new clients from initial awareness to successful onboarding and long-term value creation.Yourresponsibilities include:



  • Pre-qualifying leads (inbound & outbound)

  • Managing outreach and inbound leads to build early trust

  • Leading discovery and demo calls that align needs with our solution

  • Setting clear expectations to foster trust and commitment

  • Enabling clients throughout evaluation and decision-making

  • Handling objections with empathy and outcome-focus

  • Driving conversion and ensuring a smooth handover to implementation


Partnership Management

In close collaboration with your Manager, you will:



  • Support and grow our partner network

  • Contribute to joint go-to-market activities and referral flows

  • Maintain strong partner relationships to drive shared success

Qualifikation


🧠 What You Bring



  • 2–6 years of experience in sales/account management in the e-commerce ecosystem

    (preferably e-commerce tech, also welcome: affiliate platforms/agencies, D2C or e-com brands)

  • Fluent in German & English

  • Proactive, with strong ownership and a growth mindset

  • Comfortable with feedback, both giving and receiving
