Job Description


As an Account Manager at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center’s inside sales. This responsibility should always focus on growing the center’s sales, attracting new customers and contacts, maintaining current accounts, expanding our reach within existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing

  • Maintains a professional appearance

  • Ensure all clients have a positive customer experience

  • Can easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and services (might be duplicated below in the value-added area)

  • Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunities

  • Captures customer’s specifics using “Job Analysis” questions
