The Role

We're MerakiPeople, an AI-powered sales enablement platform. We've launched innovative learning and assessment solutions with Career247 (India's largest upskilling platform, 2M+ learners) and are now scaling to more clients.

We need you to own the implementation, adoption, and customer success of our solutions with Career247 and future clients. You're the bridge between our product team and customers—ensuring they realize value quickly, adopt deeply, and succeed.

You report directly to the founder.

What You'll Actually Do

Month 1: Master the Implementation Playbook

  • Week 1: Deep dive into how Career247 uses our solutions. Understand their goals, workflows, and pain points.
  • Week 2: Map their operational processes to our product capabilities. Identify quick wins and sticking points.
