Location: Malaga, Spain
Position Type: Full-time (39 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Language Requirement: Fluent in German and English (C1+)

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with German and English-speaking clients. Act as their main point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Account Growth: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored strategies, and help them grow their business.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client projects.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide clients with regular updates on account performance, offer insights, and create actionable reports to optimize strategies.
  • Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, working to increase account revenue while delivering valuable solutions to clients.
  • On-Site Support: Be present at the Malaga office, collaborating with your team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in German and English (C1+): Excellent communication skills in both languages, with the ability to manage client relationships, both written and verbal.
  • Proven Experience in Account Management: A background in account management or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment, is highly preferred.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Sales-Oriented: Ability to identify and act on upselling opportunities while maintaining focus on delivering client satisfaction.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working in a team environment and willing to share ideas, solutions, and feedback with colleagues.
