Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of / and merchant active storesDelivery of own sales targets – own portfolio of Accounts with sales operational metrics (e.g. Refund Ratio, Non-Exit Point Ratio, Non-Cash, MCC, and other KPI targets)Improve merchants’ knowledge and expertise regarding our servicesPerform, manage and coordinate SELL-OUT, and business support activities for assigned portfolio of merchants (TFS)Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activityFollow GB guidelines and usage of GB sales tools Ensure that all relative market and business information is transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent wayAdditional: Division of work in percentage (please note that this is subject to change depending on business):
