The Account Manager – Govt Sales will identify new opportunities focusing on central PSUs and large ministries. The role includes bringing new business in the assigned territory and manage ongoing contract renewals, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring revenue expansion across One Xtel’s CPaa S offerings.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage existing government accounts, including large ministries and central PSUs (Railways, Banks, Insurance, Power, Oil).
- Drive ongoing contract renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities across SMS, Whats App Business API, and Cloud Voice solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior officials and decision-makers.
- Provide post-order execution support to ensure timely delivery, resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and technical teams to coordinate demos, POCs, and service implementations.
