JD: Account Manager – C2H (Domestic Staffing)
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing domestic C2H staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client handling and 50% delivery management .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, requirements, SLAs, and escalations.
- Drive account growth, rate negotiations, and conversions.
- Lead delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures.
- Track submissions, interviews, closures, and team productivity.
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6–18 years of experience in domestic IT staffing (C2H) .
- Strong client-facing, delivery, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of IT skills, market rates, and hiring trends.
