Our clients include Netflix, Tinder, Spotify, CRED, AJIO, Pepsi, Britannia, Swiggy Instamart, Subway, MakeMyTrip, and many more. Our work sits at the intersection of branding, content, PR, memes, moment marketing, pop culture, and brand relevance.


We’re looking for a social-first account manager who understands how the internet moves and can run campaigns end-to-end with strong client servicing + execution skills.


Job Responsibilities


  • Own and manage social-first campaigns from brief to execution across platforms
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients and internal teams
  • Decode briefs and feedback into clear next steps for creative, design, and content teams
  • Manage day-to-day operations including:
  • Inter-team coordination
  • Finalising deliverables + ensuring quality checks
  • Maintaining attention to detail across assets and copies
  • Stay updated with social trends, formats, platform behaviour and competitor activity
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with strong communication and execution rigour


Qualifications


  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong experience in social media / content-led brand campaigns
  • Great communication, coordination, and client management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once without dropping details
  • Strong organisational and operational mindset (timelines, follow-ups, documentation)
  • Creative thinker with a good understanding of internet culture + what works on social
