Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle C2H IT staffing for domestic clients. The role involves end-to-end client management, requirement fulfillment, and coordination with recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end C2H hiring for assigned domestic clients
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients for all staffing needs
  • Gather, understand, and validate client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure quality profiles and quick turnaround
  • Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Drive closures and meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–14 years of experience in IT staffing , preferably in C2H hiring
  • Strong experience in domestic client handling
  • Good understanding of IT skills and staffing lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience working closely with recruiters

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with mid to large-size domestic IT clients
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
