Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle C2H IT staffing for domestic clients. The role involves end-to-end client management, requirement fulfillment, and coordination with recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end C2H hiring for assigned domestic clients
- Act as a single point of contact for clients for all staffing needs
- Gather, understand, and validate client requirements
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure quality profiles and quick turnaround
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
- Drive closures and meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–14 years of experience in IT staffing , preferably in C2H hiring
- Strong experience in domestic client handling
- Good understanding of IT skills and staffing lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience working closely with recruiters
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with mid to large-size domestic IT clients
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
