Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end account lifecycle for assigned clients: onboarding, relationship management, delivery coordination, and renewal.
  • Act as the primary client liaison—translate client hiring needs into delivery plans and collaborate with sourcing, recruitment, and operations teams to meet SLAs.
  • Drive revenue growth through retention, upsell and cross-sell of additional services and campaigns within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract renewals, amendments, and statements of work with a focus on margin and client value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account health metrics in CRM; escalate risks and propose mitigation plans proactively.
  • Deliver regular business reviews, performance reporting, and improvement roadmaps to strengthen client partnerships and drive satisfaction.
