Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the health of your current territory - approaching new and existing customers, customer visits, delivering workshops on customer sites, providing technical advise to customers reviewing their systems needs.
  • Reviewing and developing your pipeline on a weekly to monthly basis.
  • Assessing future pipeline- evaluating customers who are interested in working with Waters solutions and instrumentation; providing applications support to our demo chemists and facility in Manchester
  • Being a Systems Account Manager involves travel throughout the territory of responsibility and brings you a great degree of flexibility in how you manage your accounts and how you work in the field!
