Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Identify and manage new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Understand client requirements and recommend ERP/enterprise solutions.

Lead presentations, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Manage the full sales cycle and support smooth handover to implementation teams.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate pipeline and sales reports.



Qualifications



At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales.

Minimum 2 years experience in SAP or ERP solutions.

Strong communication skills (English & Filipino).

Proven track record in meeting sales targets and handling complex sales cycles.

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
