Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and providing suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and on time.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos to communicate solution value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts on a weekly basis.
