Job Description•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts (Sony Group), customer stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet
sales quotas
• Accurate forecast management and track well key account metrics
• Manage stable supply and inventory control with having semiconductor manufacturing lead-time minds
• Resolve any quality assurance and quality control issues with semiconductor manufacturing knowledge
• Prepare reports on account status
• Clearly communicate the progress of bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales/marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the regions
• Resolve with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Communicate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Requirement• 3+ years of working experience in Semiconductor industry.
• Fluent in English and Japanese with good communication skills
• Experienced in a multicultural work environment.
• Requires frequent business travels (40%) and customer visits.
