Overview:
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Account Manager to support sales and operations teams. You’ll help manage projects from quoting and proposals and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support Account Managers with quoting, proposals, and project planning
-Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
-Troubleshoot project or order issues and coordinate solutions
-Keep multiple accounts organized and running smoothly
-Participate in meetings, presentations, and occasional trade shows
Qualifications:
-Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Comfortable balancing proactive support with problem-solving
-Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
