Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to support and grow GoMining's referral and partner ecosystem.
This role focuses on working with active referrers, ambassadors, and partners: helping them understand all GoMining products, answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting them in achieving better results. You will act as the main point of contact between partners, product, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for referral partners, ambassadors, and active referrers.
- Explain GoMining products, features, mechanics, and updates to partners in a clear and structured way.
- Support partners in their daily work: answer questions, resolve issues, and help them use the platform effectively.
- Collect partner requests, issues, and feedback; create tasks, tickets, and bug reports for product and tech teams.
- Track partner activity, performance, and communication in CRM (Monday CRM).
