    Job Description

    The Account Manager will be responsible for business development and sales of lubrication equipment systems across South India.

    The role involves managing key OEM and industrial clients, expanding the distributor network, and driving growth through solution-oriented, consultative selling.

    The Successful Applicant

    5+ years of experience in industrial equipment or capital goods sales across mining, steel, cement, power, refinery, or oil & gas sectors.Exposure to OEM and end-user sales, preferably in lubrication, hydraulics, or fluid experience in distributor handling and channel-led technical acumen and understanding of plant maintenance or reliability solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
