Account Manager (Norwegian-speaking) – Hybrid – Cloud Solutions

About the Role


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers within a cloud solutions environment. This role suits experienced sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling, pipeline ownership, and long-term account development in a technology-driven setting.

You will work in an international environment with structured onboarding, continuous learning opportunities, and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory

  • Identify and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal sales and solution teams

  • Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant stakeholders

  • Support deal closure plans and ensure smooth execution across the sales cycle

  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and partner ecosystems

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline run rates

  • Position cloud technologies and services to effectively address customer business needs

Required Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Norwegian

  • Fluent English

  • 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales, account management, or business development

  • Experience working in a partner-based or technical sales environment

  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions, deployment models, and adoption planning

  • Ability to explain technical concepts and solution architectures to business stakeholders

  • Knowledge of security, identity, compliance, and privacy principles in cloud environments

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud productivity, collaboration, or communication platforms

  • Fundamentals-level certifications in cloud or business technologies

Whats Offered

  • Full-time permanent contract

  • Working hours:

    • Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:30

    • Friday: 09:00–16:30

  • Salary: €35,000 gross/year

  • Bonus: up to €5,000 gross/year
