  • Monitor contract performance, service delivery, and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and site visits to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and negotiate terms when needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on account status, activity, and client feedback.
