About the Role

We are hiring an Account Manager to join our core client experience and retention team.

This is a fully remote role , supporting U.S. clients and working primarily during U.S. business hours . You will own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

You’ll work directly with the COO, CEO and senior leadership , supporting strategic accounts and contributing to company-wide growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, leadership exposure, and a clear growth path in a scaled, venture-backed company.


What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Own and manage a portfolio of U.S.-based client accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Ensure a consistently high-quality client experience


Account Growth & Retention

  • Create tailored food program proposals
  • Upsell new services, events, and expanded programs
  • Identify risks and opportunities before they impact retention


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Restaurant teams
  • Maintain accurate account data in HubSpot
  • Share client insights and feedback with leadership


What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Independently managing assigned client accounts
  • Building trust with clients and internal teams
  • Driving retention and account expansion
  • Becoming a trusted partner to leadership


Who You Are

  • Excellent written and verbal English communicator
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Experience in hospitality, concierge, or client services is a plus
  • Strong Excel and CRM skills (HubSpot preferred)
